46 Well P&A and Platform Decommission Project: 2010-2011  

GMS is providing In-House Project Management, MMS and AFE Submittals and field supervisors for 2 spreads of P&A equipment and Platform Decommissioning.   

42 Well P&A and HWO Project:  2008 thru 2009  

Project included HWO/Recompletion, Sub Sea, Rig and Rig-less P&A services along with Mechanical and Abrasive Cutting Operations and slot recovery.

Services provided include In-Office project management, In-Office Engineering, logistics support along with On-Site Field Supervisors.  GMS also provided all vendor invoice verification and end of project cost analysis report. 

Production Facility & Construction Projects

GMS managed the storm damage repair for all of Nippon's production facility projects after hurricane IKE.  We had four to six jobs running concurrently and totaling more than $12 million. 

GMS also elevated the electrical and pneumatic system for the entire facility and installed emergency power generators at the WC 45 tank battery to lesson the exposure in future storms.

GMS managed the upgrading of the water handling systems for two of Nippon's platforms and also the installation of the separator and gas lift systems for the SM 41 platform.

GMS was also involved in the pipeline lowering at the WC 45 tank battery which consisted  in the lowering (horizontal drilling) of two DOT lines and the beach remediation that was required after the old lines were removed.

GMS has managed the construction work for all of Nippon's western gulf projects for the last several years.

Miscellaneous Projects 

GMS provided Complete Engineering Services, Reservoir and NODAL Analysis, Project Procedures, MMS submittals and AFE Budget.  GMS also provided On-Site Field Supervisors and conducted cost analysis and vendor invoice verifications at conclusion of projects for the following: 

Numerous and ongoing Wireline/Recompletion, Zone Changes, Gravel Packs both through Tubing and Conventional Methods along with Flowback Testing including High Pressure work.

GMS provided Drill to Complete Engineering and On-Site Drilling Supervision for 2 wells drilled in GOM from spud-in to completion.  

GMS has provided On-Site Field Supervisors for an Eight (8) well P&A project along with Slot Recovery and Construction, Sub Sea P&A and Pipeline Abandonment.

GMS is currently providing Field Supervisors for ongoing Multi-well Lift Boat and Platform Rig-Less P&A projects.   

GMS has provided On-Site Field Supervisors for various Wireline/Slickline projects and other disciplines.
